How We Work

We will work with you and your spouse to resolve all issues pending between the two of you and which you both agree should be resolved.  You each will have to provide any documents that may be necessary to be able to reach a solution.  In some instances, there may be others you may wish to consult, such as financial and tax professionals or counselors, and provisions can be made for you to take time to consult any of them.

We will work in sessions, either all of us together or the mediator with individual parties as may be necessary.

Once you and your spouse reach an agreement, I will reduce it to writing for each of you to review prior to signing the agreement.  I do not provide legal advice when I act as a mediator, but you each have the opportunity to have an attorney of your choice review the document.

For parties with children, I will compute the child support amount using the Florida Child Support Guidelines and the financial information each of you provide. I will also help you reach an agreement to be reduced to the writing  using the parenting plan provided by the Supreme Court.

A mediation session must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the date you both request.
